Monet 2.0 is looking for artists who are changing attitudes and pushing the boundaries with fresh, innovative and compelling approaches to making art for public places. The spectrum of artwork planned for Monet 2.0 is designed to appeal to a range of artists, to bring together people of diverse experiences under a single idea of building a better place for people.

ELIGIBILITY: Minimum 18 years of age. Must reside in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, San Diego, Inyo, Kern, Tulare, Ventura or Santa Barbara Counties. Preference given to applicants residing in the Inland Empire.

BUDGET: $50,000 (max. All inclusive). Budget shall include artist’s fee, materials, supplies, travel, lodging and equipment and sales tax needed to design, fabricate, transport and install final piece.
