Visual Resources Association – Regional Chapter Meeting

The regional chapter of the Visual Resources Association is holding its fall meeting (see agenda below). The chapter includes digital resource professionals from universities and colleges across SoCal.  They encourage non-members to the tour and business meeting. MAKING IT PUBLIC: Workshops on Public Art Practice for Artists is a training series tailored to Southern California artists in pursuit of public art commissions. The Public Art Coalition of Southern California (PACSoCal) is a regional network of public art professionals. In response to the need for public artist technical assistance, PACSoCal has developed three sequential workshops addressing different aspects of the public art application, commissioning, design and fabrication processes as well as providing tips for successful artist-run business.
