JOB: ArtPlace Program Manager
The Program Manager will be a member of LTSC CDC’s Planning Department, supervised by the Director of Planning, and will serve as the primary LTSC CDC staff responsible for planning and development of arts- & cultural-integrated community development strategies, projects, and budgets related to the ArtPlace America CDI Program grant. The Program Manager will also be responsible for implementation of any such LTSC CDC-driven projects by working closely with Planning, Real Estate & Organizing staff internally and with external community partners, artists, cultural workers, and other stakeholders, especially as it relates to LTSC’s participation in the Sustainable Little Tokyo neighborhood-wide initiative. JOB: ArtPlace Planning Administrator
The Planning Administrator will be a member of LTSC CDC’s Planning Department, co-supervised by the Director of Planning and Program Manager and will provide department assistance and administrative support to the Planning Department, including grant administration & report, research & documentation, data collection & analysis, and coordination with LTSC CDC’s Communications staff. While the Planning Administrator will support the Planning Department as a whole, it is anticipated that the bulk of this position’s time will be spent supporting the Program Manager and the organization’s arts- & cultural-integrated community development projects.
