The City of Philadelphia’s Percent for Art Program through the Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy (OACCE) in collaboration with Philadelphia Parks and Recreation, and InterPark, LLC announce a competition to commission site-specific artwork(s) in JFK Plaza/LOVE Park.  The commission is part of the $14 million renovation and reconstruction of JFK Plaza/LOVE Park.

ELIGIBILITY: This competition is open to artists and teams who reside in the United States.  The City of Philadelphia reserves the right to determine additional artist eligibility requirements.

BUDGET: A budget of $230,000 has been allocated for this site-specific project.  This sum is inclusive of all 
artists’ fees, insurance, fabrication, installation, travel, and all other project related expenses.
