CITY OF SAN DIEGO – RFQ – Skyline Hills Branch Library

The City of San Diego is seeking applications from interested qualified artists to provide public art services for Skyline Hills Branch Library Public Art Project. An artist or artist team is sought to design, fabricate and install permanent, site-specific artwork at Skyline Hills Branch Library.

The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) may be downloaded from the following PlanetBids website. Artists that have not previously registered through the City of San Diego for PlanetBids must register prior to downloading the RFQ. It is also important to download the documents to become an official RFQ holder. You must be a registered RFQ holder to receive addenda.

ELIGIBILITY: Any artist or artist team authorized to work in the U.S.

BUDGET: The total budget for the commissioned artwork is approximately $140,000, inclusive of all artist’s fees and expenses for design, fabrication, transportation and installation

DEADLINE: Tuesday, June 3, 2014 before 4:00 p.m. PST
