SEATTLE – RFQ – Artist Roster

The Office of Arts & Culture will establish a roster of approximately 75 pre-qualified artists with experience in public art for future art projects at city utility facilities, in parks, in the street right-of-way and other locations. This roster will be one of the means of selecting artists to develop permanent, free-standing or site-integrated artwork projects in a variety of sizes and complexities, with budgets ranging from $45,000 to $175,000.

ELIGIBILITY: This call is open to professional artists residing in the United States. Artists who apply must have successfully completed at least two permanent or two temporary commissions with budgets of at least $15,000 per project.

DEADLINE: 11 p.m., Wednesday, November 20, 2013 (Pacific Standard Time). Applications submitted after the deadline will not be reviewed.

BUDGET: Roster-based project budgets will range from approximately $45,000 to $175,000, depending upon project complexity.
